Pintail Waterfowl offers three types of jigs.

Public Jig- Our public duck call jig has a real ducky sound. 5/8” bore, hardened to 60 rock to ensure many toneboards can be made from it!

Custom Jigs – Our custom toneboard jigs are made to order to your specs. After they are completed we harden them to 60 rock so they will last! Please allow up to 6 weeks turn around time. After ordering you must send us your toneboard and/or plans/CADD files. Your toneboard will be returned when we send your jig. Please do not include reeds/cork with your toneboard.

Blank Jigs- Our blank toneboard  jig is for those who want to make their own jig without the heavy tooling. These come unhardened and separate into two pieces for easily cutting the radius you want. They are extra long at 2.5” at the base, and have a 5/8” bore, so you can shorten it to the length you want.
